- From Edinburgh by road
Take the A7 Hawick Road to the city outskirts, then south on the A68. Journey time: approx 30 minutes. A regular bus service runs between Edinburgh and Lauder and takes around 40 minutes. For more details, try the First Buses website. - From Glasgow by road
Take the M8 to Edinburgh, the A720 city bypass south to Dalkeith and on to the A68. Journey time: approx 1 hour 30 minutes. - From Newcastle and the south by road
Head north on the A1M to Newcastle. Follow signs for Newcastle Airport / Ponteland then NW on A696 to Otterburn joining A68. Journey time from Newcastle: approx 2 hours.
